Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Private Club Server and Bartender. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our guests in an exclusive private club setting. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive and personalized service to club members and their guests, ensuring their dining and beverage needs are met with professionalism and courtesy. Take and accurately enter food and beverage orders into the point-of-sale system, utilizing knowledge of menu items and offerings. Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and specialty drinks, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and ensuring adherence to sanitation and safety protocols. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service, ensuring timely delivery of orders and seamless guest experiences. Uphold the club’s standards of excellence in hospitality, embodying professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions with members, guests, and colleagues. Adhere to all applicable alcohol service regulations and guidelines, ensuring responsible service and compliance with legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a high-end restaurant, private club, or similar hospitality environment preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of beverage service techniques, including mixology, wine service, and bar operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service experiences. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate club events and member needs.
