Overview:

We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our events team at Eleven8 Event Staff. The ideal candidate has a passion for delivering exceptional service, a strong knowledge of drinks, and a friendly demeanor that helps create a welcoming atmosphere. Duties:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes Engage with guests, take orders accurately, and make recommendations when appropriate Operate POS systems efficiently and handle payments and transactions with confidence Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times Monitor inventory and restock ingredients and supplies as needed Collaborate with service and kitchen teams to provide smooth, timely service Adhere to health and safety guidelines and responsible alcohol service practices Set up the bar area before events and break it down afterwards, including lifting and moving equipment and cases (up to 44 lbs)

Qualifications:

Previous experience in bartending, hospitality, or a related role Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures Strong time management skills; ability to handle busy periods gracefully Basic math skills for calculating orders and making change accurately Ability to promote specials and upsell in a natural, non-pushy way Positive, friendly, and adaptable attitude, with a passion for delivering great service Ability to lift and carry up to 44 lbs and perform physical tasks related to set-up and breakdown If you’re a skilled Bartender who enjoys delivering a great experience from start to finish, we’d love to hear from you.
