Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Pool Attendant to join our team. As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all guests at the pool. Your main duties will include monitoring pool activities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized pool area.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of all pool guests by enforcing pool rules and regulations
• Monitor pool activities to prevent accidents and respond quickly in emergency situations
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, concerns, and requests
• Maintain a clean and organized pool area, including regular cleaning of restrooms and surrounding areas
• Set up and arrange pool furniture, umbrellas, and other amenities for guest use
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as checking water quality, adjusting chemical levels, and cleaning filters
• Assist with special events or activities at the pool as needed
• Handle cash transactions for admission fees or rental equipment
• Communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and management to ensure a positive experience for all

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Lifeguard certification is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests of all ages
• Ability to handle conflict management situations calmly and effectively
• Basic knowledge of food service and hospitality practices is desirable
• Comfortable speaking in public settings and addressing groups of people
