The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving beverages, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Manage cash handling processes accurately, including operating the cash register and processing payments. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take drink orders, and offer recommendations based on their preferences. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management for reordering. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Assist with catering events as needed, ensuring that beverage service meets the expectations of guests. Utilize Aloha POS system for order entry and payment processing efficiently. Experience Previous serving/bartending experience in a fine dining or high-volume establishment is preferred. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math skills is essential for managing transactions accurately. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts. Knowledge of the food industry is a plus, as it enhances understanding of pairing beverages with food offerings.
