Job Description:

We are seeking a hard-working and reliable Bar Back/Support Staff member to join our team. This role is crucial to our operation, providing support to bartenders and servers, ensuring our bar runs smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate will understand the importance of cleanliness and will be quick on their feet, helping with tasks such as cleaning, restocking, preparing garnishes, removing trash, and transporting bus tubs.

Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas. Assist bartenders and servers by restocking the bar, juicing, and preparing garnishes. Remove trash regularly and ensure bins are clean and deodorized. Transport bus tubs to the dish pit in a timely manner. Promptly address any spills or broken glass to ensure guest safety. Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Bar Back, Busser, or in a similar support role in a hospitality setting is an advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure. Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail. Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery used in cleaning. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
