As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent guest relations, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Assist in managing inventory by restocking supplies and reporting any shortages to management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system while adhering to basic math principles. Uphold all health and safety regulations related to food service and alcohol consumption. Foster positive guest relations by addressing any concerns or feedback promptly. Requirements Previous experience in a bartending role or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous for efficient order processing.
