Responsibilities Pour Hi-Wire Brewing Beer and serve other beverages for bar patrons. Interact with customers to complete transactions. Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations. Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. Comply with all beverage regulations. Sell To-Go beer curbside. Must meet all of Hi-Wire’s non-negotiables. Must be an ambitious, highly motivated, change tolerant optimistic beer lover who believes in Hi-Wire’s higher purpose. Have fun! Skills Prior experience in a high-volume, fast-paced bar setting required. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Appreciation of good beer!
