The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, and wine Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner Take customer orders and process payments accurately using POS systems Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age Upsell drinks and promote specials to increase revenue Monitor alcohol intake of customers to prevent overconsumption Skills Strong customer service skills Excellent time management abilities Knowledge of fine dining etiquette Familiarity with brewing techniques Proficiency in operating cash registers Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and handling transactions Experience with Aloha POS or similar systems is a plus Background in food service or hospitality industry preferred Understanding of retail math concepts related to pricing and inventory management
