The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization at the bar. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations. Maintain an organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is clean. Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and handle cash transactions accurately. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during busy periods or events such as banquets. Stay updated on new drink recipes, trends in the beverage industry, and menu changes. Adhere to health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean work environment. Qualifications Proven 2 years of experience in bartending or a similar role is required. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and beverage preparation. Basic math skills for handling cash register operations and processing payments. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Sales skills to promote drink specials or upsell menu items when appropriate. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
