The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and providing top-notch hospitality in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions efficiently using a cash register or Aloha POS system. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist with ordering supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies. Assist in catering events or banquets as required, providing excellent service to guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to the bar area. Qualifications Proven experience as a Bartender in a fine dining or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation techniques. Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using cash registers or POS systems like Aloha. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is a plus.
