In this role, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages and providing outstanding customer service to enhance our guests’ experiences. Your contributions will play a vital role in creating memorable moments during their stay. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including inventory management. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system. Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet events as needed. Stay informed about menu items, specials, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests. Requirements Previous bartending experience in a hospitality setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and food handling practices. Familiarity with POS systems for processing orders and payments. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
