The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Engage with customers to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction. Monitor customer behavior to promote responsible drinking and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing retail math skills for processing payments. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies, placing orders, and ensuring proper storage of beverages. Collaborate with kitchen staff to support catering events or special functions as needed. Stay updated on current drink trends and menu items to enhance customer experience. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong math skills, including retail math, for accurate cash handling and inventory management. Excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during busy periods. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Experience in nightclub settings or catering events is a plus. A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills to foster positive guest interactions. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
