Experience Bartender Seasons 2 Bar and Grill 1733 Saint Andrews Drive, Murfreesboro, TN 37128 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring that all patrons receive exceptional service in a lively environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices. Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders. Adhere to food safety guidelines and health regulations to maintain a safe environment. Assist in inventory management by tracking drink supplies and placing orders as needed. Experience Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and hospitality standards. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink recipes. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele. Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders in a fast-paced environment. Experience in nightclub or restaurant settings is a plus, particularly in sales-oriented roles.
