As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting bartenders and ensuring the bar operates smoothly. You will assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area, restocking supplies, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in nightlife settings such as nightclubs and hotels. Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking liquor, beer, and other beverages as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management when supplies are low. Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately during busy shifts. Communicate effectively with bartenders and other staff to ensure efficient service. Support banquet events by preparing drinks and serving guests as required. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest experience in the nightclub or bar setting. Assist in food service when necessary, ensuring timely delivery of orders from the kitchen. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash registers or POS systems is a plus.
