The ideal candidates will have a passion for mixology and excellent customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks will be essential in providing an exceptional experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Interact with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with their experience. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving guidelines. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Comply with all food safety regulations and health codes to maintain a safe working environment. Skills Strong time management skills to efficiently handle busy periods while maintaining quality service. Proficient in basic math for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Knowledge of food handling practices within the food industry to ensure safety standards are met. Experience in sales techniques to promote menu items effectively. Familiarity with food safety protocols to maintain hygiene standards in the bar area. Experience using cash registers or point-of-sale systems such as Toast POS is preferred.
