Bartender Ragin Cajun Seafood & Po Boys 2740 Bartlett Road, Bartlett, TN 38134 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Manage inventory by restocking supplies as needed and keeping track of product levels. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing and cash handling. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, especially during banquets or special events. Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with health regulations. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender in a fine dining or high-volume establishment is preferred. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food service practices and familiarity with the food industry is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to enhance guest interactions. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
