The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Your ability to multitask and manage time effectively will be essential in delivering an outstanding experience for our guests. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Handle cash register operations, including processing payments accurately. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods or events. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service. Assist in setting up for special events or banquets as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patrons. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink recipes. Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus. Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours. Experience with banquet service is beneficial but not required.
