Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and professional Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of food and beverage terminology, and a commitment to maintaining our brand standards.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and seating guests in accordance with the restaurant floor and table plan. Taking accurate food and beverage orders and delivering them promptly. Ensuring all food and beverages are served in accordance with our presentation standards. Maintaining a clean and organized dining area in line with Hilton CleanStay standards. Providing knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including wine pairings. Adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations. Following proper telephone etiquette when communicating with guests and staff. Completing Alcohol Service Training and adhering to responsible service guidelines.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Server or similar role in a restaurant or hotel. Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations. Excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills. Familiarity with food and beverage terminology. Experience with wine presentation and service. Completion of Alcohol Service Training is required. Familiarity with banquet set up and service is preferred. Open availability is preferred.
