The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. As a Server you will be responsible for delivering orders in a friendly and timely manner. You must being knowledgeable of our menu. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining room, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service while taking drink orders and answering questions about the menu. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar for events, including banquets and private parties. Monitor inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to maintain optimal service efficiency. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Skills Proven experience in bartending with a solid understanding of drink preparation techniques. Familiarity with TouchBistro POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong math skills for cash handling and managing tabs effectively. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests in a fine dining hospitality setting. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a busy environment. Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, lift and other physical duties are needed. A willingness to help teammates and contribute to a collaborative work atmosphere. A charismatic personality, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail are the main requirements for this position!
