As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your role will be crucial in enhancing the overall dining experience in our fine dining establishment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Engage with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and properly stored. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food handling safety standards. Utilize restaurant management software such as TOAST for reservations and order management. Process transactions accurately using basic math skills for cash handling. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks. Uphold high standards of hospitality, providing attentive service to enhance guest satisfaction. Participate in inventory management by tracking stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies. Qualifications Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety practices. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with restaurant management software, particularly OpenTable, is a plus. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. A passion for hospitality and commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to work flexible hours, including Mornings and weekends.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a polished and professional Server to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who combines Southern charm with impeccable service standards. This individual will act as the face of the restaurant, ensuring each guest receives exceptional attention, accuracy, and hospitality.

Qualifications:
