The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Serve food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Processing payments through the POS system. You don’t have to handle cash. Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, including upselling drink specials and menu items. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the service area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist with food preparation as needed, including bussing tables and restocking supplies. Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts. Experience Previous experience in a serving role within a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred. Strong cash handling skills and experience with POS systems. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple orders efficiently. Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and food preparation practices is a plus. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
