Bartender Happenchance Social Lounge 7180 Nolensville Rd, Nolensville, TN 37135 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for building cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to our recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Assist with banquet services as needed, including setting up bars for events and providing support during large gatherings. Monitor inventory levels of drinks, garnishes, and supplies; communicate needs to management. Uphold all health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders. Requirements Excellent Customer Service and Hospitality is a must Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions and calculating drink prices. Experience in food service or hospitality is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of retail math is beneficial for managing inventory and sales. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, and weekends as needed.
