Must be professional in appearance and consider yourself a people person. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at primarily weddings. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing bar related items and cleaning surfaces. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper accounting of sales. Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to provide informed suggestions to patrons. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling guidelines. Skills Proficient in bartending techniques with knowledge of various drink recipes. Strong food handling skills with an understanding of health regulations in the food industry. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments such as nightclubs or busy bars. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and understanding retail math concepts. Experience in catering services is a plus but not required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Must be available Friday – Sundays.
