We’re looking for polished, personable bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch environment where timing and attention to detail are key. You’ll serve up craft cocktails, local pours, and warm service that complements the rhythm of the room. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Craft Cocktails & Service:
Prepares consistent, high-quality cocktails, wine, and beer with efficiency and precision during live events.
Guest Engagement:
Creates memorable guest interactions at the bar and through bar service to the floor, combining professionalism with authentic personality.
Bar Maintenance:
Maintains a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times. Follow proper opening, closing, and side work procedures.
POS & Cash Handling:
Processes orders accurately through the POS (Toast preferred) and manage tabs and cash responsibly.
Collaboration:
Works in sync with servers, service captains, and runners to ensure timely drink delivery and smooth service pacing.
Product Knowledge:
Stays current on our beverage menu, seasonal specials, and venue standards—including ingredients and flavor profiles.
Compliance:
Follows all safety and alcohol service regulations, including proper ID checks and responsible service practices.
Qualifications:
2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale setting. Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, beer, and wine. Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude. Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced, live entertainment setting. Must be 21+ and possess or obtain a Tennessee ABC server permit.

Position Competencies Passion for live music and creating memorable guest experiences. Familiarity with Toast POS and bar inventory systems. Experience working events or concert-style service models.
Compensation:
The Red Wheel Bartender compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. This range is subject to local, state and regional dynamics and may be adjusted up or down depending on market conditions.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position does not have any supervisory responsibility
Promotional Opportunity:
Associates with more than twelve (12) months of service may request consideration to transfer to other jobs as vacancies become available and will be considered along with other applicants. To be considered, Associates must have a satisfactory performance record and have no disciplinary actions during the last twelve (12) months. Management retains the discretion to make exceptions to the policy. This description is not all inclusive and duties will vary depending on specific property being managed.
