As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your expertise in bartending and customer service will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about the drink menu. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, especially during events or banquets. Uphold all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Experience Previous bartending experience is preferred, particularly in environments such as nightclubs or food service establishments. Familiarity with retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management. Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is a plus. Strong sales skills to effectively promote drink specials and upsell items on the menu. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
