Food & Beverage Manager Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Pool Bartender/Cook to join our team. This hybrid role is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, as well as cooking and serving light meals or snacks at the poolside bar. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, maintain high cleanliness standards, and operate efficiently in both front- and back-of-house duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes. Cook and serve light fare such as burgers, sandwiches, salads, and appetizers using grill, fryer, or other equipment. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar and kitchen areas, equipment, and tools. Ensure proper food and beverage storage, handling, and rotation procedures. Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Handle cash and POS transactions responsibly. Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service. Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed. Follow health and safety guidelines at all times. Provide a welcoming, engaging, and efficient poolside experience for guests.

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a bartender and/or line cook strongly preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques. Excellent customer service and communication skills Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Service certifications may be required (varies by state).
