Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take orders from patrons and provide excellent customer service
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
• Maintain a well-stocked bar with supplies and ingredients
• Adhere to all food safety and beverage regulations
• Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register
• Upsell drink and food items to increase revenue
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth operation

Experience:

• Previous experience as a bartender or in the food industry is preferred
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and mixology is a plus
• Familiarity with cash register operation and basic math skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Skills:

• Banquet and catering experience is a plus
• Proficient in food handling and safety practices
