Arcade Attendant Captain Crazy’s Paradise 2139 S McKenzie St, Foley, AL 36535 Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and energetic Arcade Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services in a fun and engaging environment. This role involves assisting guests with arcade games, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience, and maintaining the cleanliness of the arcade area. Responsibilities Greet guests as they enter the arcade and provide assistance with game selection. Monitor arcade games to ensure they are functioning properly and assist guests with any issues. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash drawer. Maintain cleanliness in the bar, kitchen, arcade area, including game machines, seating, and common areas. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving conflicts in a professional manner. Assist in organizing special events or promotions within the arcade. Ensure safety protocols are followed, especially when interacting with children or during busy periods. Requirements Previous experience in guest services or customer service is preferred. Strong conflict management skills to handle guest concerns effectively. Experience with cash handling and basic financial transactions. Background in food service is a plus, as some roles may involve cooking , serving snacks or beverages. Familiarity with events management is beneficial for organizing activities within the arcade.
