The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services for guests to and from designated locations, ensuring a positive experience that reflects our commitment to exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse range of guests. Duties Safely operate the shuttle vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Provide timely transportation for guests to various locations, including hotels, airports, and local attractions. Assist guests with luggage and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shuttle vehicle. Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly. Collaborate with hotel management and guest services to ensure seamless transportation experiences. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have during their journey. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality management or guest services is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Ability to operate phone systems effectively for communication purposes. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Knowledge of night audit processes is beneficial but not required. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
