Self Employed Contractor 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars Tampa, FL 33610 We are a well-established, family-owned real estate company seeking a dependable Self-Employed Contractor to support our expanding portfolio of furnished apartments and short-term rentals. This flexible and dynamic role is ideal for an independent contractor who thrives on variety and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
Typical Services Provided:
Apartment housekeeping (including laundering of linens and towels) Apartment move-out cleaning (including laundering of linens and towels) Basic customer service support (responding to guest or tenant needs) Local errands, purchases & delivery to apartments (e.g., supplies, welcome kits) Meet & Greet services: airport pick-up/drop-off (7 days a week, including evenings) Move-in inspections and setup of access devices Initial apartment furniture setup Coordination of cable/internet installations
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and time management Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends (particularly for airport runs) Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required) Experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or real estate services (preferred but not required) Ability to invoice as a self-employed contractor
