Job Description
Resort Beach Attendant Casa del Mar Resort Longboat Key, FL 34228 MUST
BE ABLE LIFT CHAIRS AND REMOVE BEACH UMBRELLAS FROM THE SAND. IMMEDIATELY HIRE POSITION.
Maintain a clean beach, clear of debris and trash. Be available & approachable, and assist with other areas in the department as needed. Promote the rules and regulations of the resort beach intended for the safety and welfare of guest and owners. Have a basic understanding of beach conditions; Hazards, tides, waves, and turtle regulations Assist Security team. Must be able to lift chairs and remove beach umbrellas from the sand. Must be responsible, creative, have energy, and possess problem solving skills. Carry out all reasonable requests of which you are capable of performing. Be readily available and approachable for all guests. Take
PROACTIVE
approaches when dealing with guest concerns. Follow property specific second effort and recovery plan. Ensure staffing levels allow team members to exceed guest needs. Extend professionalism and courtesy to guests at all times.
