As a vital part of the Bell Services team, you will assist with luggage handling, transportation coordination, guest deliveries, and lobby operations while maintaining a polished, professional presence.

Responsibilities:
Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and departure Assist guests with luggage handling, storage, and room deliveries Escort guests to rooms and provide property orientation and amenity overview Coordinate valet services, taxi, and transportation requests efficiently Maintain lobby cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the day Support Front Desk operations by assisting with amenity deliveries, guest service requests, and overflow tasks Communicate guest preferences, VIPs, and special requests to the appropriate departments Deliver guest packages, amenities, and special items promptly and accurately Anticipate guest needs and offer assistance before being asked Uphold safety, security, and confidentiality standards at all times Qualifications Prior experience as a Bellman, Doorman, or in Guest Services preferred Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset Ability to multitask and move quickly in a busy environment Knowledge of Miami Beach area restaurants, nightlife, and attractions is a plus Valid driver’s license preferred but not required Professional appearance and demeanor required Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Physical Requirements:
