Guest Relations Lead 2.6 2.6 out of 5 stars 300 SE 3rd Street, Miami, FL 33131 POSITION SUMMARY The Guest Relations/Concierge Lead serves as the primary ambassador of Silverspot Cinema, ensuring an exceptional first impression and delivering outstanding guest service. This role leads by example, supports daily operations, and upholds service standards. Reports to the General Manager and/or Manager on Duty (MOD).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead front-of-house guest service operations with professionalism and enthusiasm. Greet all guests warmly and assist with inquiries, ticketing, and directions. Monitor and maintain kiosk functionality; report and document issues promptly. Ensure cleanliness and readiness of guest areas, including kiosks, lounge, and outdoor seating. Manage ticket pick-up process and monitor guest communications (emails, voicemails). Restock supplies (business cards, gift cards, printer paper) as needed. Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures; report incidents per policy. Oversee end-of-day procedures, including kiosk shutdown and securing entrances. Support 3D glasses collection and sanitation throughout the day. Communicate kitchen closing times and assist guests to auditoriums. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma required. Minimum 2 years of customer service or hospitality experience. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Stand for extended periods (5+ hours). Work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Perform light cleaning, lifting (up to 30 lbs), and equipment setup.
