Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and assist with the loading and unloading of luggage Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel facilities and services Offer assistance to guests with special needs or requests Provide directions and recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and services Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive guest experience Coordinate with the front desk and other staff to manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently Assist with the storage and retrieval of luggage for guests Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the lobby and entrance areas Uphold hotel policies and procedures, including security measures Requirements and Skills Previous experience as a Bellhop or in a similar guest services role is advantageous Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Strong communication and organizational abilities Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry luggage Knowledge of local attractions and services Professional appearance and grooming Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Basic computer skills for logging and tracking guest requests Commitment to providing exceptional hospitality and creating a positive guest experience Must haves: You are at least 18 years old. You have a valid driver’s license and have been driving for at least 2 years. Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed. Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
