We like to hire sales associates who are willing to step out from behind the counter and get involved in our guest’s shopping experience (with a smile). Team members are also responsible for maintaining and merchandising a well-stocked, clean store. The essential hospitality standards must be used at all times: eye contact, smile, speak first, engage in polite conversation, use the guest name and must be willing to do whatever it takes for the guests happy during their stay and want to return.
