Summary
We’re looking for someone who fully embodies the luxury lifestyle experience. The ideal Thompson team member has a passion for creating standout moments, a quick wit, and a sharp eye for detail. This person thrives in delivering elevated hospitality with authenticity, spontaneity, and style.
As a Driver, you’ll be a key part of the guest experience—offering rmendations, sharing knowledge of the area, and ensuring seamless arrivals and departures. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the Thompson Tesla Town Car (4-person max), keeping it clean, fueled, and ready to impress.
Transport guests and clients to and from destinations within a 3-mile radius (subject to change).
Operate the vehicle safely and in fullpliance with all traffic laws and hotel policies.
Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle; coordinate fueling and routine servicing as needed.
Provide knowledgeable, professional, and personable guest service—including assisting with luggage, offering rmendations, and resolving guest requests or concerns.
Communicate effectively with the Guest Services team and other departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Greet guests warmly, creating a memorable first impression of the hotel.
Support the bell and concierge teams as needed during guest arrival and departure.
Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications

• Passion for food & beverage (required)
• 2 years of relevant work experience (required)
• Experience within fine dining/luxury brands (preferred)
• Must have holiday & weekend availability
