Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Escort guests to their rooms while ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Assist with the check-in and check-out process as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell desk area. Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism. Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure seamless guest experiences. Uphold high standards of hospitality in all interactions. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred.
