POSITION PROFILE

As the Stay & Play Attendant, you will play a pivotal role in the home rental program at McLemore Resort, with a primary focus on guests satisfaction and service excellence.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION

Conduct detailed inspections of each rental property to ensure cleanliness and adherence to established quality standards. Identify and report maintenance issues, cleanliness concerns, or property damages to the appropriate stakeholders, and take corrective action. Collaborate closely with the Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to resolve issues in a timely fashion. Document inspection findings and maintain accurate records for ongoing property management.

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent experience

Experience:

Background in hospitality preferred Strong attention to detail Physical stamina with the ability to climb stairs and travel between properties in all weather conditions Ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively with strict deadlines
