He/she will have extensive interaction with Baggage Specialists, Passengers and Management. Successful candidates will have the ability to identify opportunities for growth. Successful candidates will professionally communicate with Passengers and team mates, our customer Airlines and vendors of BC. The successful candidate will have the primary goal of assuring quality in our daily communications to Passengers. Required Experience Airline experience Claims experience a plus Detail oriented Customer Service skills Computer/Internet savvy Commitment to excellence Primary Responsibilities Receive baggage claims daily. Ensure communication with customers through electronic, postal, or telephone contact is professional, substantive and meets company standards. Successfully identify opportunities for improvement, keeping passenger satisfaction forefront in their efforts. Key Outcomes Successfully maintain a high-quality, world-class managed service for the airline industry. Reasonably settle Baggage claims filed by Customer Airline’s Passengers. Develop best practice techniques to increase efficiency and settlement times, including identifying opportunities to improve the technology used at BC. Contribute to the development of their teammates in an effort to continually improve the operation as a whole. Effectively communicate with teammates and Passenger stakeholders.
