- Bellman delivers luggage to and from the guests’ hotel rooms. Essential Functions To perform the BH

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Transfer trunks, packages, and other baggage to room or loading area Supply guests with information on hotel services and amenities Deliver requested amenities to guest rooms Supply guests with travel information such as transportation rates, routes and schedules Escort incoming guest to room Arrange for cleaning, laundering and repair of guests’ clothing and other items Compute charge slips for services rendered guests and forward slips to front desk Perform related services as requested by guest or manager Other duties as assigned Competency To perform the BH
