To be a successful pool attendant, you will need to have excellent customer service skills, be highly organized, and love being outside! Pool Attendant Responsibilities:
Setting up umbrellas, loungers, and other pool furniture Ensuring that the swimming pool, furniture, and facilities are clean and safe Welcoming guests and ensuring their safety and comfort Providing guests with towels Clearing used towels, glasses, and trash Enforcing safety protocols as set out by the resort Monitoring the activity of guests and ensuring their safety Reporting any damages or incidences to the supervisor Other responsibilities as assigned
Pool Attendant Requirements:
High school education or equivalent experience 1 or more full years employment experience in a related position Must be able to work onsite at the hotel location Hours required: Part Time 25-32 hours per week for various shifts Proficiency in the English language Willingness to learn new technology platforms Ability to stand in the pool area for long periods of time Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs. guest luggage; limited Ability to work independently Ability to maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times Additional Preferred Skills/Qualities Previous customer facing experience preferred Knowledge of Microsoft suite Second language is a plus, preferably Spanish or French Compensation $16 Hourly Benefits Optional 401k with employer match Employee discounts at participating hotels Option to sign up for on-demand pay with DailyPay Refer a friend
