OVERVIEW
The Welcome Center Attendant / Gate Keeper is responsible for the overall welcoming of hotel guests and for monitoring the entrance of Cliff House, and controlling traffic flows of incoming and exiting vehicles.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Welcome guests Detect and resolve immediate safety issues; respond to the scene of an incident and act as an emergency first responder if required. Control the incoming traffic ensuring our guests are identified and welcomed to Cliff House. Maintain accurate notes and log information as required; ensure that all pass-on information is communicated to the next shift. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Effective Communication skills both verbal and written Ability to stand/sit for up to 8 hours a shift Ability to address concerns from incoming guests without reservations Previous security experience a plus Ability to work weekends and holidays
