As a Hyatt Bell Attendant, you will: Maintain constant communication with the Front Office and Valet teams to ensure guests are properly escorted Ensure guests’ luggage and personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently Ensure that guests are comfortable with accommodations and are familiar with room offerings and features Answer phone calls and assist with guest questions and concerns in a quick and efficient manner Assist in making reservations for restaurants, taxi’s, etc… Be knowledgeable about St. Louis and be able to make local recommendations for events, meals, attractions and more The current salary for this position is $12.30/hour plus tips Why Hyatt Regency St. Louis? Qualifications Open availability – to include weekends and holidays Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to lift/push/pull moderate amounts of weight Be able to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal Basic computer skills required (ability to navigate Outlook, Microsoft Word, Xcel, etc…) Prior bell/hospitality experience a plus, but not required General knowledge of the St. Louis area highly preferred A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
