Responsibilities:

Welcome all guests with enthusiasm, a smile, and the proper salutation. Assist guests with luggage in the driveway and lobby areas. Utilize luggage tags to ensure proper luggage/belonging storage and/or delivery. Be knowledgeable about the Hotel facilities and events and local attractions; arrange transportation for guests as requested. Maintain a clear driveway/fire lane. Responsible for obtaining and securing all keys for vehicles temporarily parked in this area. Completely fill out valet tickets and secure keys to ensure the security of the guests’ vehicles. Valet Park guest vehicles. Maintain the cleanliness of the Hotel entrance and lobby area. Must have a valid U.S. Driver License. Developed English speaking skills with the ability to demonstrate professional communication with guests. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Frequent bending and standing for long periods of time.
