Bellhop DescriptionREVELxp provides a unique customer experience through its turnkey tailgate solutions, and bellhops are often the face of this experience. Bellhops provide the touchpoints on a game day that ensure customers receive top-notch service and leave satisfied with their tailgate experience.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and guestsExhibit outstanding customer serviceTransport customers tailgating equipment to their respective tailgate locationsMaintain tailgate sites and respond to any inquiries and/or needsAssist staff with day-specific needs including, but not limited to hanging signage, assisting with trash cleanup, refueling generators, etc.
QualificationsTeam oriented mindset (must be a team player)Passion for sports, entertainment, and delivering top-notch hospitalityAbility to communicate clearly with customers and peersComfortable with working weekendsWillingness to work outside and in varying weather conditionsApplicant must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods of time. The applicant must be comfortable lifting objects weighing up to 50lbs.
CompensationPart time, 10-20 hours/game weekSeasonal (August-December)
Rate:
$14/hrFuture advancementsBellhops that prove to be exceptional may be promoted to Bellhop Crew Chief, per the Event Managers discretion. Other job opportunities within REVELxp will be available to bellhops that display reliability over an extended period of time.
