What’s Your Mission? As a Passenger Service Assistant, you’ll be the hero of the airport, assisting travelers and making their journeys as smooth as can be!

Your tasks will include:

• Helping Passengers with Mobility Needs
• : Be the friendly face that transports passengers with mobility limitations around the airport.
• Lifting with Care
• : Assist those who need a little extra help getting in and out of their chairs.
• Communicating with Compassion
• : Offer support to hearing and visually impaired travelers.
• Baggage Buddy
• : Lend a hand with carry-on and gate-checked baggage.
• Safety First
• : Ensure every passenger arrives at their destination safely and promptly.
• Radio Star
• : Respond to radio calls from supervisors like a pro!
• Dining & Restroom Stops
• : Help with routine stops at restaurants and assist passengers with animal relief areas, if needed.
• Navigating Check-in
• : Provide support for special needs passengers, including unaccompanied minors.

What We’re Looking For:

• Eligibility
• : Must be authorized to work in the US
• Flexible Availability
• : Ready to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime? Perfect!
• Reliable
• : Show up on time, ready to rock!
• Background Check
• : Pass a 10-year background check
• Physical Strength
• : Lift up to 75 lbs and push a loaded wheelchair up to 300 lbs (you’ll be our airport superhero!).
