This role will float between Front Office and Shuttle Driver. The ideal candidate will offer transportation for guests in a safe, courteous and friendly manner along with positive guest interaction at the front desk. Applicants must submit to a background screening and drug test.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Escort arriving and departing guests to and from accommodations Assist guests with luggage and other belongings Maintain safe transportation environment for all guests Operate vehicle in accordance with all local, state, and federal traffic laws Maintain shuttle cleanliness and daily safety reports Report any vehicle malfunctions in a timely manner Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries or requests Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptly Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reservation management All other duties as assigned Experience One-year previous driving experience required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with guests and staff. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in writing, orally, or diagram form. Ability to resolve guest conflict resolution when necessary. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required Previous experience in hospitality or front desk role preferred Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment Basic understanding of hotel operations and procedures Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
