This position involves assisting in managing daily activities, ensuring high standards of culinary excellence, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, contributing to a dynamic team environment. Experience Required Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years’ experience in a leadership position at a golf course, restaurant or food and beverage operation preferred. Extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations. Additional value will be placed on a background in hospitality, or high-service dining operation. Possession of an active ServSafe Manager Certification. Duties Assist in overseeing the daily operations of food and beverage services, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Support inventory control processes, including ordering, receiving, and managing stock levels to minimize waste. Collaborate with culinary staff to develop menus that align with guest preferences and seasonal offerings. Train, mentor, and lead team members to foster a positive work environment and enhance service delivery. Monitor quality standards for food preparation and presentation, ensuring consistency across all offerings. Handle guest inquiries and feedback promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Assist in budgeting and financial management related to food and beverage operations. Skills Strong background in kitchen and bar management and food service operations. Proficient in inventory control techniques to optimize resource utilization. Culinary expertise with an understanding of various cuisines and cooking methods. Experience in restaurant or hotel environments with a focus on hospitality excellence. Demonstrated leadership abilities with effective team management skills. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff and guests alike. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail. This role is ideal for individuals looking to advance their careers in the food and beverage industry while contributing to an exceptional dining experience for guests.
