Duties Assist the Business Manager (Food Service) in directing the operions and supervision of multiple food service facilities. Recommends and enforces opering procedures. Conducts surveys, reviews activity reports, and makes recommendions concerning services, promotion activities, and revenue improvements. Completes cash reports and makes daily deposits. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Conditions of Employment Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required. Meet qualificion/eligibility/background requirements for this position. A one year probionary period may be required. Sisfactorily complete an employment verificion (E-Verify) check. Subject to sisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para. 2 to include a Tier 1 background investigion and physical exam. The ability to obtain (within first 6 months of employment) and maintain a Food Protection Manager Certificion acquired through an American Nional Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited agency is required. Qualificions Work experience directly reled to the duties to be performed. Demonstred work experience must be equivalent in complexity and difficulty to the next lower pay level. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, stressful environment. Possess good interpersonal and communicion skills. Possess a certifice for sanition in food service or have the ability to obtain the certifice within three months of employment.

Highly Preferred:

Possess least three (3) years of experience in the food service industry. Possess least one (1) year of supervisory experience in the food service industry. Must possess knowledge and understanding of food safety regulions.
