Duties:

+ placing orders, + setting staff schedule + administering disciplinary action if necessary, + daily/weekly/monthly reporting- including inventory, + setting coherent menu to coincide with inventory usage, + Microsoft Office Suite skills preferred (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
